How Are Orders Sent?

For UK poster delivery, Standard Postage is Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days), and Express Postage is Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the next working day from dispatch).

For International poster delivery, Standard Postage is Royal Mail International Standard (up to 4 weeks), and Tracked & Signed Postage is Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Delivery (around 5-7 working days).

All framed prints are sent by courier (usually Fedex).

How are orders packaged?

A4 posters are sent in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing.
Individual A3 posters are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a poster tube, but multiple A3 posters are sent in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing.
A2 posters are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a poster tube.

Framed posters are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed.

what are the posters printed on?

The posters are printed on 240gsm Satin Photo Paper

what if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please get in touch with a photo of the problem and I will send a replacement.

What Can I Do If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived please get in touch - I may have a tracking reference to help locate the order

what size frames can i buy for the prints?

The prints fit into standard A frames (ie an A3 print would fit into an A3 frame). These are not available from IKEA, but most other outlets do stock A size frames.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you live close by and want to collect your order, get in touch before you place the order and I’ll provide a free delivery code and arrange a collection time with you.
