How Are Orders Sent?

  • For UK poster delivery, options include Royal Mail Tracked48 (2-3 working days), Royal Mail Tracked24 (1-2 working days), and Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the next working day from dispatch).
    Please note - the postage times to do not include dispatch time (which is usually 1-3 working days). If you need an order by a certain date please get in touch to let me know and I’ll do my best to make sure it happens.

  • For International delivery, options include Royal Mail International Standard (up to 4 weeks), and Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (around 5-7 working days). The postage fees do not include any import taxes, which will need to be paid by the recipient.

  • All framed prints are sent by courier (usually either DHL or Fedex).


How are orders packaged?

  • A4 posters are sent flat in individual cellophane sleeves with cardboard backing.

  • Individual A3 posters are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a poster tube, but orders with multiple A3 posters are sent flat in individual cellophane sleeves with cardboard backing.

  • A2 & A1 posters are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a poster tube.

  • Framed posters are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed.



what are the posters printed on?

The posters are printed on 240gsm Satin Photo Paper (which is somewhere between paper and card, with a slight gloss finish)



what HAPPENS if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please get in touch with a photo of the problem (including the damaged packaging) and I will send a replacement asap.



What Can I Do If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived please get in touch - I may have a tracking reference to help locate the order, but I will take full responsibility that the order reaches you.



what size frames SHOULD i buy for the prints?

The prints fit into standard A frames (ie an A3 print would fit into an A3 frame). These are not available from IKEA, but most other outlets do stock A size frames.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you live in Sheffield (or nearby) and want to collect your order, get in touch before you place the order and I’ll provide a free delivery code and arrange a collection time with you.
